Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Consultant to lead the delivery of enterprise physical security projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction project management, physical security technologies, access control systems, and video surveillance solutions.
This role requires expertise in managing end-to-end security project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering complex security technology implementations while ensuring business requirements, timelines, and budget objectives are achieved.

- Experience in Construction Project Management
- Hands-on experience with Access Control Systems, specifically:
- C-Cure (Badge Access Control System)
- Avigilon (Video Management and Camera System)
- Experience with Enterprise Video Surveillance and Physical Security Systems
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
- Review and intake physical security project assessments provided by business stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end project workflows, including:
- Project Mobilization
- Design Coordination
- Installation Management
- System Commissioning
- Security Operations Handover
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and project dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare programming sheets and provide technical inputs to security programmers and system administrators in accordance with enterprise design standards.
- Oversee project closeout activities utilizing:
- Commissioning Documentation
- Acceptance Criteria
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Provide periodic project status reports and executive updates on deliverables, risks, and progress.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure coordinated project execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, timelines, and dependencies through regular written updates and stakeholder review meetings.
- Escalate schedule delays, risks, and major obstacles to leadership with clear mitigation recommendations.
- Serve as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating security and technology requirements into executable project plans.
Vendor & Financial Management
- Manage vendor coordination and oversee delivery of security technology implementations.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree, Associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in:
- Physical Security
- Security Technology Implementations
- Infrastructure Project Management
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or regional physical security projects.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise security technology implementations and infrastructure projects.
