Job Title: Senior QA Lead / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & AEM QA Lead
Location: Washington(Onsite)
Short JD / Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end QA strategy for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery across Sites, Assets, Forms, Analytics, Target, and Journey Optimizer integrations. Define and execute functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing strategies for content management, personalization, audience activation, and real-time decisioning use cases. Validate AEP data ingestion, XDM schemas, identity stitching, datasets, and customer profile accuracy. Drive automation testing using Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools integrated with CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Data teams to ensure business-aligned quality outcomes. Manage defect triage, release governance, quality metrics, stakeholder communication, and Go/No-Go decisions for enterprise-scale Adobe ecosystem implementations. Familiarity with REST APIs, event-driven systems, Adobe Launch/Web SDK, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) is required.
