Job Description

We are looking for a Gen AI Engineer with strong Google Cloud Platform experience to design, build, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based solutions on cloud-native architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI services, modern ML frameworks, and end-to-end AI application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform AI/ML services
• Build and fine-tune LLMs for use cases such as chatbots, document processing, summarization, and search
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and vector search solutions
• Develop scalable ML pipelines using Vertex AI
• Integrate Gen AI models with enterprise applications using REST APIs
• Work closely with data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization of AI workloads
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance in production

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
• Expertise in Vertex AI, AutoML, and AI Platform
• Proficiency in Python (primary), with experience in ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
• Knowledge of LangChain / LlamaIndex (or similar frameworks)
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development
• Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, model training, evaluation, and deployment
