Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, analysis, and verification on major space programs, ensuring all systems are functioning as intended.
  • Develop and implement system-level integration and verification plans, conducting end-to-end testing to validate mission requirements.
  • Coordinate with subsystem teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, ensuring mission readiness.
  • Support mission operations during testing and real-time mission execution, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed.
  • Use your knowledge and experience to contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness across our operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer with spacecraft experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the design, analysis, and verification on a major space program.
  • Strong understanding of system-level integration and verification plans, with experience conducting end-to-end testing to validate mission requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate with subsystem teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, ensuring mission readiness.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
