Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Lead the design, analysis, and verification on major space programs, ensuring all systems are functioning as intended.
- Develop and implement system-level integration and verification plans, conducting end-to-end testing to validate mission requirements.
- Coordinate with subsystem teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, ensuring mission readiness.
- Support mission operations during testing and real-time mission execution, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed.
- Use your knowledge and experience to contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness across our operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer with spacecraft experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the design, analysis, and verification on a major space program.
- Strong understanding of system-level integration and verification plans, with experience conducting end-to-end testing to validate mission requirements.
- Ability to coordinate with subsystem teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, ensuring mission readiness.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
