You will work closely with stakeholders across Collections, Technology, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver capabilities that meet the needs of our Collections organization and support complex reporting requirements. Your role will be pivotal in driving platform modernization, enabling data integration into domain services, building data products for advanced analytics, and ensuring successful execution of Collections technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collections Platform Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AWS Connect and CACS X platforms, aligning with overall Collections business objectives, data strategy, and customer experience goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Collections Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics, Risk, Compliance, and Domain teams to gather requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for platform and data product improvement.
Product Ownership: Take ownership of AWS Connect and CACS X product portfolios, defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely and quality delivery of features, integrations, and data enablement capabilities.
Data Integration & Domain Enablement: Lead initiatives to enable critical Collections data points into domain services (Account Domain, Card Domain, Loan Domain, etc.). Design and implement data integration patterns that support real-time and batch data flows between Collections platforms and enterprise domains.
Data Product Development: Build and manage data products that support complex Collections reporting requirements including delinquency analytics, roll rates, cure rates, contact effectiveness, payment arrangements, and liquidation performance. Ensure data products meet business intelligence and regulatory reporting needs.
Requirement Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of Collections business requirements, regulatory considerations, and reporting needs to define platform capabilities and data product requirements. Ensure compliance with FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, and other applicable regulations.
Agile Development: Work closely with development teams using Agile methodologies to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements. Provide clear guidance throughout the development process, monitor progress, address roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery.
AWS Connect & CACS X Expertise: Serve as subject matter expert on AWS Connect capabilities (contact flows, Lambda integrations, Contact Lens analytics, queuing/routing) and CACS X platform functionality (Collections workflows, treatment strategies, case management, reporting).
User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach for Collections agents and analysts by conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to continuously improve platform effectiveness and data accessibility.

Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform success, data quality, and reporting effectiveness. Regularly monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of Collections technology trends, AWS service innovations, data analytics best practices, and regulatory changes. Share knowledge and insights with stakeholders to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with Collections platforms and data products, including data privacy, security, PII protection, and regulatory compliance, in collaboration with risk and compliance teams.
