Job Title: Senior Paid Social Media Advertising Manager
Location: Edison, NJ (Hybrid in-office 1 day/week)

A rapidly growing vehicle service contract provider focused on delivering exceptional nationwide coverage is expanding its marketing division. Making significant investments in paid media and customer acquisition, the company is establishing a dedicated, high-growth marketing function to scale its national presence.

This newly created, highly strategic role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and offers substantial autonomy and direct visibility with executive leadership. As an entrepreneurial builder, the successful candidate will construct the company's paid social infrastructure from the ground up, designing testing frameworks, reporting structures, and creative strategies to manage and scale a high-volume monthly budget.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Current or recent experience managing at least $1 million per month in paid social advertising spend.***
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proven track record scaling customer acquisition and lead generation campaigns.
  • Expert understanding of performance marketing analytics, attribution, and conversion optimization.
  • Prior experience working in high-volume consumer acquisition environments.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Strategic experience utilizing TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and other emerging paid social channels.
  • Strong background in direct response marketing, automotive, insurance, or financial services industries.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of building marketing engines and testing frameworks from scratch.

  • 30% Alternative Paid Channels (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)

Daily Responsibilities
  • 60% Hands-On Campaign Architecture & Optimization
  • 20% Analytics, Attribution Modeling & Performance Reporting
  • 20% Cross-Functional Collaboration & Executive Strategy

The Offer
  • Base Salary: $80,000-$120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Permanent $1,000 monthly income guarantee paid in addition to base compensation.
