AV Technician

We are seeking an AV Tech for a contract position located in New York, NY. This role supports the Executive Leadership Team in managing technical AV issues and enhancements in a hybrid work environment. Candidates must have experience with Dante.

About the Opportunity:

• Onsite role


• Shift: Day shift


• Schedule: Full-time


• Hours: Standard business hours


• Setting: Financial District, Manhattan

Responsibilities:

The AV Tech will be responsible for:

• Providing white glove AV support to the Executive Leadership Team


• Proactively identifying process or technical improvements


• Handling AV vendor management


• Supporting AV products such as Polycom, Crestron, Zoom, Cisco


• Maintaining confidentiality and privacy in dealings with executives

Qualifications:

• Experience: Relevant experience required


• Degree/Education: Related technical field preferred


• Certifications: AV-related certifications preferred


• Hard Skills: AV system setup, vendor management, technical support


• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, confidentiality

Desired Skills:

• Experience: Previous AV support experience, including Dante


• Degree/Education: Technical degree preferred


• Certifications: AV certifications a plus


• Hard Skill: Expertise in AV technologies


• Soft Skill: Strong communication skills
