Required Education

Degree and/or equivalent experience (8+ years in User Experience)
Equivalent experience equals: 12+ years working in User Experience
Or: Certification in UX through a program such as HFI or General Assembly, plus 8+ years of working experience in User Experience
Note: A link to the candidate's portfolio is required on the resume.
Hybrid requirement: Must be within 50 miles and/or under 1 hour travel time to office (Broomfield, CO preferred; Peoria, Dallas, Chicago also acceptable)

Technical Skills (Required):

Expert Figma skills including Figma Make
Up-to-date with the latest Figma features and knows how/when to apply them
Low/mid and high-fidelity visuals
Prototyping
Information Architecture (IA) flows and other experience flow diagrams.

Technical Skills (Desired):

Knowledge and/or experience in enterprise native mobile applications
Knowledge of on-highway and fleet logistics

Soft Skills (Required):

Knowledge and/or experience in equipment management or adjacent industries (e.g., airlines, mapping apps, Oil & Gas, Fintech, etc.)
Excellent communication
Self-starter

Considerations for Top Candidates:

Experience designing specifically for enterprise applications
UX "generalist" (not specialist)
Strong mobile experience and desire to continue in mobile technology
Collaborative not afraid to jump in and speak up while learning
Excellent Figma file hygiene and technical knowledge (must be demonstrable)
