Summary

Resource 1 is in need of a Sr. Palantir/AI Consultant for a remote contract position. Contract would start at 6 months with extensions anticipated. This position combines deep expertise in Palantir Foundry, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to drive the development of innovative, impactful solutions. As a strategic leader and hands-on technical expert, you will work to build and enhance supply chain applications, mentor teams, and shape the future of AI-driven decision-making systems.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and enhance Palantir-based supply chain applications, including workflows, data ingestion, and operational analytics.
Lead the end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions for critical business initiatives, from concept to deployment.
Define technical standards for AI model development, coding, validation, and system optimization.
Proactively monitor system health and reliability, addressing production incidents and optimizing performance.

Required Experience:

2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience.
Strong knowledge of supply chain and/or manufacturing business processes.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional, scalable technical solutions.
Expertise in AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and software architecture.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have Experience:

5–8+ years of experience in broader data engineering, AI, or analytics disciplines.
Prior experience in supply chain initiatives or manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with governance structures and enterprise-level technical roadmaps.
