Summary
- Excellent technical skills in IVR (3-5+ years of hands-on work experience).
- 4-5+ years of proven work experience as a QA Test Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, best practices, tools and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans\strategies and test cases.
- Experience with writing simple or complex SQL queries for data validation.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban development process.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
- Demonstrable, practical hands-on experience using Confluence\JIRA\XRAY
- Strong communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to resolve escalated issues effectively.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
- Results focused innovator, passionate about the success of the team, team player.
