US Sales Director
Responsibilities

Lead new business development for SaaS products within the U.S. insurance market.

Build and manage a full sales pipeline from outreach to contract close.

Engage senior stakeholders to understand challenges and position platform capabilities.

Partner with product and delivery teams to share market insights and support solution improvements.

Represent the organization at industry events and support go-to-market initiatives.

Collaborate across teams to strengthen sales enablement and overall commercial strategy.
Requirements

Proven experience selling SaaS solutions in the U.S. P&C insurance sector.

Strong understanding of carrier and broker workflows and industry operations.

Demonstrated success closing enterprise-level deals.

Consultative selling ability — able to translate technical offerings into business outcomes.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have: familiarity with insurance data standards, digital transformation trends, or experience influencing product development.
