Location: Columbia, MD / Lisle, IL / Chicago, IL / Minneapolis, MN
Introduction: This position is for a Senior Analyst with a focus on Marketing Analytics and Insights. The role involves gathering business requirements from Marketing and Enrollment teams, analyzing data using SQL/Google Cloud Platform, validating reports, and presenting insights through reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements from Marketing and Enrollment teams and translate them for technical teams.
- Query and analyze data using SQL/Google Cloud Platform for ad hoc reporting and funnel performance.
- Validate reports, investigate data discrepancies, and support UAT.
- Present insights and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint slides.
- Identify opportunities for automation and reporting process improvement.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of Business/Data Analyst experience.
- Working SQL skills and experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar data platforms.
- Strong requirements gathering, data analysis, and reporting validation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Preferred:
Marketing analytics, Salesforce data, enrollment funnel analysis, Power BI familiarity, and reporting governance.
