Sr. Peoplesoft Project Manager

Introduction:

The Sr. Peoplesoft Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects within the WFA, Benefits, GL, Payroll, Absence Management modules and PeopleSoft Upgrades. This individual must have extensive experience in PeopleSoft project management and will be leading projects from end to end.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects within the WFA, Benefits, GL, Payroll, Absence Management modules and PeopleSoft Upgrades
• Lead project teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Produce detailed project plans and drive projects to completion
• Hold resources and task owners accountable
• Report out to senior executive leadership on project status
• Run project team meetings and sprints
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
• Step into projects mid-way or manage from start as needed
• Manage at least 2-3 projects based on complexity or criticality
• Escalate issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years of overall PeopleSoft project manager experience
• Experience as lead Project Manager with hands-on experience managing projects directly
• Project Management Professional certification
• Experience with PeopleSoft module project management (WFA, ePerformance)
• Experience managing projects in higher education domain
• Bachelor''s degree in related area or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with PeopleSoft Upgrades (PUM, etc.)
• Experience managing SDLC related projects
