Job Description
We are seeking Senior Supply Chain Planning Consultants with strong Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) experience to support large-scale retail and CPG transformation initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in both design and implementation of MAWM solutions, along with strong client-facing and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Manhattan Associates solutions in complex enterprise environments and a proven track record of leading supply chain transformation programs within Retail or CPG organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and implementation of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) solutions
Provide subject-matter expertise across Warehouse Management, Labor Management, and Supply Chain Intelligence
Drive large-scale MAWM transformation initiatives, including roadmap creation and business case development
Lead and manage cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models
Conduct client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions
Partner with senior leadership and influence C-suite stakeholders
Ensure solution alignment with retail and CPG operational best practices
Support planning, execution, and governance of complex supply chain programs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Manhattan Associates consulting experience
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on MAWM experience
Strong experience in design and implementation roles (mandatory)
Deep domain knowledge of Retail and/or CPG supply chain operations
Proven experience leading large enterprise supply chain transformations
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing global delivery teams (onshore/offshore)
Nice to Have
Experience leading complex MAWM or PM initiatives in Retail / CPG
Strong background in strategy development, roadmaps, and transformation planning
Ability to conduct executive-level workshops and presentations
Experience influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change
