Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep Fintech and Payments experience, specifically on the card issuing side of payments. This role is ideal for someone who has built or managed card programs and understands the end-to-end issuing lifecycle in a fast-paced, client-focused fintech environment.

You will work closely with engineering, design, QA, fraud, risk, and customer support teams to build and scale next-generation banking and payments products. Experience in core issuing platforms, authorization flows, dispute management, clearing & settlement, and scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard) is critical for success in this role.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10–12 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Fintech or Digital Payments
  • Strong experience in card issuing (NOT acquiring or merchant payments)
  • Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Card authorization flows
  • Disputes, chargebacks, clearing & settlement
  • Card lifecycle management (debit/credit/prepaid)
  • Experience working with issuing processors clients.
  • Solid understanding of Visa/Mastercard scheme rules
  • Exposure to KYC/AML, fraud prevention, and risk management within payments
  • Proven experience managing mobile and web-based fintech products
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience with backlog ownership and sprint execution
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
