Job Title: Business Analyst / Data Analyst – Banking Domain
Location: Omaha, NE
Employment: W2
Rate: $50–$55/hr (All Inclusive)

Job Description:

Seeking a Business Analyst / Data Analyst with strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
Gather and analyze business requirements, data, and processes to support business initiatives.
Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional/data requirements.
Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting using SQL and Excel.
Create requirements documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify data/process issues and provide actionable recommendations.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
Candidates must be able to work W2 within the specified rate range.
