Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement AI, machine learning, and LLM-based applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Build intelligent workflows, retrieval-augmented solutions, and AI-powered services that integrate with enterprise data and applications.
- Develop evaluation, testing, monitoring, and quality processes to assess AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deploy secure, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, software engineering, or related technology disciplines, including hands-on experience developing AI solutions.

Technical Skills
|
Python, SQL, Generative AI, Machine Learning, LLM Applications, AI/ML Frameworks, REST APIs, Cloud & Container Technologies
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
AI Solution Development, Intelligent Automation, Data Analysis, Model Evaluation, Process Optimization, Responsible AI

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
