Job Title: Test Engineer – Automated & Manual Testing

Location: Boston, MA (Onsite)

Role Overview:
Seeking a Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience in automated and manual testing of hardware, software, and cloud-based systems. The role focuses on validating robotic platforms, embedded compute systems, cameras, sensors, and AWS-based applications in a hands-on lab environment.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of automated and manual testing experience

• Python scripting and test automation

• Bash or other shell scripting

• Linux environments and CI/CD integration

• Test case development, test plans, and regression testing

• Hands-on hardware validation, lab testing, debugging, and troubleshooting

• Defect tracking, root cause analysis, and test report documentation

• Collaboration with hardware, software, and system integration teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

• pytest or unittest

• AWS or other cloud platforms

• Robotics, embedded systems, cameras, and sensor validation

• LabVIEW or similar engineering tools

• Hardware assembly and electrical systems testing

Work Environment: Fully onsite in a fast-paced lab and R&D environment, working directly with robotic prototypes, embedded systems, sensors, and cloud applications.
