Microsoft Dynamics 365 & .NET Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote (until required) + Onsite in Middletown, PA

 Key Responsibilities

• Participate and lead enterprise system projects

• Gather requirements from business users and stakeholders

• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 / enterprise applications

• Troubleshoot system issues and support end users

• Develop and maintain business process documentation (BPPs)

• Conduct system testing, validation, and deployment coordination

• Monitor systems and recommend process improvements

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational changes

• Support full SDLC: requirements   development   testing   deployment

 Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise software experience

• Experience in system configuration, testing, and user support

• Microsoft certifications (nice to have)

• Bachelor s degree in IT or related field

Work Conditions

• Remote work with occasional onsite requirement

• Must be available within 3-hour commute to Middletown, PA (preferred)

• Travel (if any) follows GSA guidelines

• Participation in onsite meetings and implementations when needed
