Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer specializing in Solidity to design, develop, and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts on blockchain platforms. The selected candidate will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain-based solutions supporting enterprise and Web3 initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in smart contract development, blockchain architecture, and decentralized system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity.
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps).
• Integrate blockchain solutions with web and enterprise applications.
• Ensure smart contract security, performance, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers for blockchain integration.
• Implement blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms.
• Optimize blockchain transaction efficiency and gas usage.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment processes.
• Support production blockchain environments and upgrades.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Solidity smart contract development.
• Experience working with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum or compatible networks.
• Strong understanding of decentralized architecture and cryptographic principles.
• Experience with blockchain development tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Web3 technologies and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms.
• Knowledge of smart contract security best practices.
• Experience using tools such as Hardhat or Truffle.
• Familiarity with NFT or token development standards (ERC-20, ERC-721).
• Experience deploying contracts on public or private blockchain networks.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5+ years of overall software development experience.
• At least 2–3 years of blockchain development experience.
• Proven experience developing and deploying Solidity-based smart contracts.
• Experience working in Agile or distributed development teams.
