Summary
Job Title: Remote Operations / Compute Support Engineer
Location: Remote (Colorado candidates, especially Boulder, highly preferred)
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

Experience: 3–5 Years
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Operations or Compute Support.
- Good understanding of Major Incident Management and Change Management processes.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a production support environment.
