Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant 

Location:  Remote + Travel (Expenses Covered)

Duration:  8 + Months

Looking for a guy who has worked with Public Sector Clients

Skills needed: strong public-sector experience, specifically supporting city, county, etc. If the resource has K-12 education experience, this is a huge plus. This role requires deep, hands-on experience with Oracle Core HR and Workforce Compensation in Oracle Cloud, supporting complex HR organizations at scale.

The candidate should have led 3–5 full Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and can confidently partner with HR stakeholders in public sector organizations, including school districts such as Atlanta Public Schools or similar entities.

Should be a Senior-level Oracle Cloud HCM consultant

3–5+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations

Strong experience with Oracle Core HR & Workforce Compensation

Public sector experience is required: City, county, or municipal government K-12 school districts (highly preferred)

experience working directly with HR departments in Oracle environments. Strong functional, configuration, and client-facing consulting skills & Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
