Summary

Title: Programmer Consultant

Location: Blythewood, SC 29016

Contract Duration: 12 months

Candidate Location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.

Required Skills:

8+ years of development with MICROFOCUS Visual COBOL in Windows Server 2019/2022, batch and under IIS
4+ years of experience with Visual Studio 2019/2022, including the ability to use the debugger
4+ years of application programming against RDBMS (Oracle, SQL)
Bachelor s degree in IT or related discipline with 8 years of experience, or minimum 10 years of related experience without a degree

Preferred Skills:

Experience with MICROFOCUS COBOL version 7 and higher
IIS configuration/setup
Skilled in C# and .NET
Ability to write complex SQL queries for Oracle and MS SQL databases
Microfocus certification (please indicate specific certificate on resume)
Microsoft certification (please indicate specific certificate on resume)
