Job Description:

Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) database. Implements data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes; resolves ERP database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues. May require a bachelor's degree. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

"This needs to be a resource within driving distance. They will need to come in initially to pick up equipment and receive an orientation. Thereafter it will largely be remote, but there will be sometimes it needs to come into the office."

Experience in supporting Databases in OCI Required 2 Years

Experience in supporting Oracle Databases on premise. Required 2 Years

Experience in Migrating Oracle databases to OCI Required 2 Years

Experience in Migrating COV Agency Oracle databases to OCI Highly desired 1 Years

Must be familiar with 19c Oracle RAC and ASM (Automatic Storage Management) on Linux

Required 3 Years

Must be familiar with Data guard Physical Standby. Required 3 Years

Must have experience with RMAN backup and recovery Required 10 Years

Other skills include export and import data pump utilities, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Performance tuning, Security, Patching and documentation Required 5 Years

Must possess strong troubleshooting skills. Required 10 Years

Must have strong communication skills, verbally and in writing. Required 10 Years

Bachelor s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required 4 Years

Experience supporting Linux or Unix System Administration, a bonus. Required 3 Years

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification Highly desired 3 Years

Experience with MS SQL Server 2019 or newer Highly desired 3 Years
