We’re partnering with a growing wealth management organization to find a hands-on Systems Administrator who will support and evolve core IT infrastructure across multiple affiliated firms. This role blends day-to-day IT operations with longer-term infrastructure strategy and integration efforts in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
You’ll collaborate closely with others in the infrastructure group, support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and scalable as the organization continues to grow.
What You’ll Do
Act as a hands-on technical resource supporting enterprise IT operations across a multi-entity wealth management environment
Administer and support Azure AD, Intune / Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft 365
Ensure reliability and performance of core systems including email, servers, and internal networks
Support employee onboarding and off-boarding, including identity, access, and device provisioning
Travel to remote offices to assist with site setups, technology migrations, and infrastructure deployments
Assist with call flow and routing administration (experience with cloud-based telephony platforms a plus)
Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians with escalated system and infrastructure issues
Maintain clear documentation of systems, configurations, and operational procedures
Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and recommend new technologies aligned with business needs
Communicate technical initiatives and system status to managers and executive stakeholders
Perform hands-on work with network cabling, hardware installation, and ongoing support as required
What We’re Looking For
Direct experience administering Microsoft 365 (Office 365) environments
Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting Azure AD and Intune / Endpoint Manager
Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, endpoint, and infrastructure systems
Experience supporting Windows environments (servers and endpoints) in production
Working knowledge of IT best practices related to security, backups, patching, monitoring, and documentation
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
A service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience administering RingCentral or similar cloud-based phone systems
Experience deploying and supporting Windows Autopilot
Email migration experience, including Exchange Online (O365)
Email troubleshooting experience (spam filtering, DKIM, SPF)
Comfort working in environments that occasionally require physical infrastructure support
