Hiring for Program Manager CRM Migration | Dynamics 365 @ Remote

Role Summary
We are looking for a Program Manager with strong experience leading large-scale, complex CRM transformation and migration programs, preferably Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. The ideal candidate should come from a services/consulting background and have 10+ years of Dynamics 365 experience, with proven ownership of enterprise CRM programs.

Key Requirements
15+ years of overall technology/program delivery experience.
10+ years of hands-on program/project experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proven experience managing large, complex CRM implementations or migrations.
Salesforce Dynamics 365 migration experience strongly preferred.
Experience managing end-to-end programs covering:
Discovery & design
Data migration
Integrations
Testing & UAT
Training & change management
Cutover & hypercare
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and CRM processes/data models.
Experience with data migration, data quality, mapping, reconciliation, and deduplication.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, middleware, integrations, and batch/event-based architectures.
Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira and Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Strong RAID, governance, dependency, budget, vendor, and resource management experience.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and system integrators/consulting partners.
PMP/PRINCE2, SAFe/Scrum, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce certifications are preferred.
Background
Services/Consulting experience preferred.
Must have experience delivering enterprise-scale CRM programs, not only individual Dynamics 365 projects.
