Summary

Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
PeopleSoft Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on functional support experience with PeopleSoft Financials (v9.2 preferred), specifically supporting core modules: GL, AP, AR, PO, INV, Project Costing, and Contracts.
Technical Understanding: Solid foundational understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, batch processing/Process Scheduler, Application Engine jobs, and basic SQL query writing for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Ticket Management: Direct experience using ServiceNow (or comparable enterprise ITSM tools) for incident, problem, change, and request lifecycle management.
Office & Productivity Tools: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel).
Core Competencies:

Exceptional follow-through and ownership of issues from intake to final sign-off.
Demonstrated relationship-building skills with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
Clear, professional verbal and written communication.

Working Conditions

Remote role requiring a dedicated home office setup.
Limited travel may be required for key events.
Must be a team player.
Availability during standard Eastern Standard Time (EST) core business hours.
Flexibility to provide off-hours/weekend support based on the operational on-call schedule and month-end/quarter-end/year-end financial close cycles.
