V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Project Manager 3 for our premier client in Chesterfield, Virginia.

Education and Experience »

2-5 years exposure to Professional Business Analysis PBA processes and techniques.

Knowledge and Skills:

Candidate creates sustains relationships and builds trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate has ability to adapt to new and different environments. Ability to be flexible accepting of business strategic tactical organizational changes
Candidate self-directs work through goal setting time management and planning. Continually seeks opportunities to improve processes work solutions that impact efficiency results.
Candidate pursues knowledge and understanding of county practices political regulatory environment within the local government.
Candidate will be responsible for conveying project information to diverse audiences oral and written in a way that is easily understandable and actionable
Candidate understands adheres to and uses fundamentals of Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK tools documentation techniques and lifecycle.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Position involves working closely with business representatives to ensure that the technical solutions being developed are in line with the business needs and articulated appropriately to satisfy the needs of the business
Candidate must understand the role of business process as described by business representatives that inform solution requirements.
Candidate will need to actively work to build knowledge and understanding of business department technology direction strategy operations and products/services
