Position Overview
Company is seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint Developer / IAM Engineer to support critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives.
The selected candidate will work with the existing Cyber/IAM team to develop, customize, and integrate solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). This role requires strong hands-on development experience in SailPoint integrations, custom workflows, rules, automation, and identity governance capabilities.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions, including application integrations, custom code, rules, workflows, and configurations.
  • Translate technical specifications and business requirements into functional solutions and develop associated testing artifacts.
  • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications and systems using APIs, connectors, and custom development.
  • Develop automation using SailPoint Forms, Workflows, and other platform capabilities.
  • Build and maintain access reviews, user access recertification processes, and custom reports.
  • Support identity governance initiatives involving Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), role mining, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access governance.
  • Support FY27 IAM/IGA project deliverables and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure new development and enhancements minimize disruption to existing IAM operations.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • SailPoint Development: 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint development experience, including complex implementations and enhancements.
  • SailPoint ISC: Strong development experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
  • Programming and Scripting: Proficiency in Java/J2EE, BeanShell, JavaScript, PowerShell, and shell scripting.
  • Databases and Data Formats: Experience with JSON, SQL, and Oracle relational databases.
  • Web Services and APIs: Hands-on experience with web services, REST APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
  • Application Integrations: Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems such as:
    • SAP S/4HANA and LMS
    • ServiceNow
    • UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)
    • LENEL
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
  • Identity Integration Standards: Knowledge of SCIM, OAuth, REST APIs, and SAML protocols.
  • Access Reviews and Reporting: Experience developing access reviews and custom reports using search queries.
  • Identity Governance: Understanding of RBAC, identity management, access governance, role mining, and SoD policies.
  • Development Tools: Familiarity with VS Code, Bitbucket, GitHub, and Jira.
  • Secure Development: Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise development standards.
 
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) certification.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale IAM and IGA implementations.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver identity governance solutions and meet project requirements.
