Role Summary:

• The AI Researcher drives innovation by exploring emerging AI techniques and advancing model capabilities through experimentation.
• This role is hands-on, with a strong emphasis on Python-based research pipelines, rapid prototyping, and rigorous experimental evaluation.
• AI Researcher Support & Innovation Qty (1) Explore emerging AI techniques, publish findings, and enhance models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and prototype emerging AI, ML, and LLM techniques
• Design, implement, and maintain Python-based experimental pipelines for training, evaluation, and benchmarking
• Build reproducible experiments, including data preprocessing, model training, and result analysis
• Develop evaluation frameworks to assess model performance, robustness, and behavior
• Analyze experimental results and translate findings into actionable insights
• Collaborate with engineering teams to transition research prototypes into applied solutions
• Document and publish research findings internally and externally where appropriate
• Stay current with academic and industry developments in AI and ML

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in AI, ML, or a related field
• Strong Python programming experience, including scientific and ML workflows
• Experience building end-to-end experimental pipelines (data model evaluation)
• Familiarity with ML frameworks and research tooling (e.g., PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, NumPy)
• Experience with experiment tracking, reproducibility, and benchmarking practices
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical findings
• Prior publications or applied research experience preferred.
