Contract Role

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer with proven hands-on experience deploying and operationalizing Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise in large organizations.

This is not an advisory or design-only role — the candidate must have direct implementation and production deployment experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Deployment & Administration

              •            Lead end-to-end deployment of enterprise AI platforms from initial setup through production rollout

              •            Manage user onboarding and ongoing platform administration

              •            Provide troubleshooting and operational support from day one

2. Identity & Access Management

              •            Configure Okta SSO and SCIM provisioning for enterprise AI platforms

              •            Implement CyberArk integration for privileged access and secrets management

3. Monitoring & Security

              •            Implement Splunk log ingestion and audit log monitoring tied to AI platform activity

              •            Integrate APIs and connectors between AI platforms and enterprise systems

              •            Ensure full security control integration across deployments

4. Compliance & Governance

              •            Implement compliance controls for:

              •            HIPAA / PHI

              •            BAA

              •            SOC2 / HITRUST

              •            Align AI tooling deployments with enterprise compliance requirements

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must demonstrate prior hands-on deployment of Claude Enterprise and/or ChatGPT Enterprise — not just familiarity.

The ideal candidate can quickly assume responsibility for platform administration, security integration, and operational troubleshooting from day one.

              •            Compliance alignment in regulated environments

Reporting & Collaboration

              •            Work under executive/technical leadership direction

              •            Coordinate closely with Security and IT leadership teams

Preferred Background

              •            Healthcare or payer industry experience

              •            Enterprise SaaS rollouts

              •            Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) workflows

              •            Large-scale LLM platform operations
