Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.

Candidates will be successful if they can Facilitate the problem solving in your area, with minimal hand-holding, be able to talk shop with your teams and break down the problems into digestible pieces.
From a cloud foundations perspective, the TPM needs a strong conceptual understanding of modern cloud platforms, particularly within an AWS-first environment. This includes familiarity with core AWS and cloud-native concepts such as Kubernetes (EKS), managed cloud services, and the idea of reusable infrastructure building blocks. They do not need to design or operate these systems, but they must understand how they fit together well enough to guide discussions, prioritize capabilities, and evaluate tradeoffs. The TPM is expected to partner closely with architects and engineers, using their technical understanding to frame problems clearly, ask the right questions, and translate engineering complexity into customer-centric outcomes like faster onboarding, reduced friction, and consistent platform behavior.
