Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to support, configure, and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory pharmacy workflows. The analyst will work closely with pharmacy, clinical, and IT stakeholders to ensure efficient medication management, regulatory compliance, and system performance within the Epic EHR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and maintain Epic Willow Ambulatory pharmacy modules

• Analyze and optimize outpatient and retail pharmacy workflows

• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and operational teams to gather requirements

• Build and maintain medication records, formularies, order sets, and clinical decision support

• Support testing activities including unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support for pharmacy-related incidents

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards (e.g., medication safety, controlled substances)

• Document build, workflows, and standard operating procedures

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification (Required)

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory

• Strong understanding of outpatient pharmacy workflows

• Experience with medication build, order configuration, and dispensing workflows

• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and best practices

• Experience working in healthcare or clinical IT environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Epic integrations and interfaces

• Knowledge of Epic upgrades and enhancements

• Prior experience supporting go-live or post–go-live activities

• Familiarity with change management and release processes
