Systems Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic IT firm based in Spring, Texas, that is looking for a proactive individual to join their IT operations team. In this role, you will support end-users, troubleshoot various IT issues, and assist with essential system maintenance. You will collaborate closely with senior staff and have the opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment, transitioning from a contractor role to potential full-time employment based on performance after six months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues promptly, thereby enhancing user satisfaction and productivity.

• Assist in the maintenance and setup of systems, contributing to seamless operations and minimizing downtime during project rollouts.

• Work closely with team members on physical and digital rollouts, including office setups and deployments of security tools, ensuring smooth transitions.

• Engage with senior IT staff to learn and take on backend responsibilities, leveraging opportunities for hands-on experience in advanced IT operations.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to diagnose root causes of IT issues using logical troubleshooting methodology, especially in Microsoft environments.

• Experience providing effective end-user support while focusing on backend system stability within collaborative and fast-paced settings.

• Demonstrated capability to assist in project contributions, including office setups and security tool deployments, while managing quality outcomes.

• Willingness to grow operationally by taking over backend responsibilities and driving high-level integrations.
