Role Overview
As a Manager within our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice, you will join a nationally recognized team of experts dedicated to the middle market. You will serve as a key leader in our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) group, supporting both corporate and private equity clients through the entire transaction lifecycle from pre-close readiness and financial diligence to post-close execution. Direct and manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for diverse client portfolios.
Prepare and oversee detailed financial analyses that evaluate acquisition decisions, divestitures, and financing requirements.
Serve as a primary point of contact, participating in client meetings and site visits while interacting with C-suite and top-level management to extract and synthesize pertinent financial data.
Partner with internal functional areas - including Tax, Audit, and specialized Consulting practices to deliver holistic, integrated transaction solutions.
Support the growth of the practice by assisting in the preparation of specialized proposals, scoping documents, and engagement letters.
Utilize advanced firm-designated software and analytical tools to generate high-impact reports that identify risks and opportunities within a deal.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience within an audit or transaction advisory practice at a national or regional public accounting or consulting firm.
Proven, hands-on experience in Financial Due Diligence is strictly required.
Demonstrated experience in supervision and team leadership, with the ability to manage staff and drive client engagements to completion.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial findings clearly to stakeholders.
Ability to leverage financial modeling and analytical software to support rigorous diligence efforts.
