DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate for this role is a senior Technical Project Manager / Program Lead with 10+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise data, analytics, and cloud initiatives, particularly in environments where data engineering, business intelligence, and large-scale architecture efforts intersect. They should bring proven leadership managing cross-functional teams, vendors, budgets, timelines, and executive reporting while translating highly technical topics—such as data pipelines, cloud platforms, SQL-based systems, and AI adoption initiatives—into clear business outcomes. The strongest fit will have hands-on familiarity with data architecture, data warehousing, and healthcare data ecosystems (including standards such as FHIR, HL7, and CCDA), along with strong command of project governance tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project. A PMP-certified professional with a proactive, detail-oriented leadership style, capable of aligning business, engineering, and AI stakeholders while supporting regulated or healthcare-focused digital transformation programs, would be the best overall match.
