Position Overview: The Senior Contract Administrator (IT) is contractor role responsible for administering and executing moderate to complex indirect procurement for technology contracts across software, SaaS, hardware, and professional services and operations
This role provides hands on contract drafting, redlining, negotiation support, and lifecycle administration while ensuring compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes.
The role partners closely with IT, Legal, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, and business stakeholders to support contract execution, renewals, amendments, and documentation management.
The Senior Contract Administrator applies judgment when reviewing commercial and pricing considerations to support business cases and contract decisions, with guidance as appropriate.
? Draft, review, redline, and administer IT contracts including software, SaaS, hardware, and professional services agreements
? Support contract negotiations and execution, including renewals, amendments, extensions, and terminations
? Apply judgment when reviewing commercial and pricing considerations to support business cases and contract decisions
? Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders
? Facilitate approvals, signature processes, and adherence to Prime policies and regulatory requirements
? Maintain accurate, audit ready contract records, templates, SOPs, and correspondence in SharePoint
? Track contract obligations and key dates to ensure timely execution and renewals
Required Skills & Experience
? Strong experience in IT contract administration with hands on drafting, redlining, and negotiation support
? Experience with software, SaaS, hardware, and professional services agreements
? Ability to apply judgment when reviewing commercial and pricing considerations
? Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
? Experience partnering with IT, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders
? Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, and DocuSign
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
? Comfort operating in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
? Experience in contract drafting within the pharmaceutical, medical, or PBM sectors is preferred but not required.
? Entry-level Strategic Sourcing preferred, including Category Management exposure, supplier engagement, and basic contract and pricing analysis
