Title: UI Developer
Type (Contract, C2H): 1 year contract
Location: Pennington, NJ- Hybrid- 4x/week in office
Shift/Core Hours: 40 Hours
Compensation: $60-$63/hour
Role Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product requirements enabling developers use Copilot & Prompt Engineering
- End-to-end testing of products to identify bugs and ensure new product functionality is working as expected
- Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, App Developers, product owners and clients in development of solutions
- Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Technology, Sales, Client Education, Finance and Legal
- Identifies risks/dependencies and quantifies the impact it has on the business/technology and controls used to resolve.
- Innovative approach to uncover issues during the development phase
- Implement new testing frameworks for future products and features
- Participate in code review of standards, procedures, tools, and quality improvement processes
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams
Must have:
- UI Development React, Typescript, Redux is a must
- JavaScript Next JS, for front end
- 2-7 years Web application development
- Bachelor or master s in computer science
- 3+years of Front-End Development.
- Must have a bachelor s degree or equivalent degree is required
- UI enhancements/Development in React, Typescript, Redux, JavaScript Next JS, for front end
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with AI (Copilot), Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment/ prior Banking domain
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Python
- AI is a plus not required but Dheeraj is driving the AI Initiative (highly prefered)
- Python is a plus.
- Banking is a plus
- Mobile development is a plus
