Summary

We are seeking a Wireless Construction Project Coordinator to support a large-scale 5G wireless infrastructure initiative across multiple markets. This role will oversee project coordination and construction activities involving wireless cell site upgrades, Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs), and Multi-Tenant Units (MTUs).

This is a primarily office-based position with limited to no field work. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating wireless engineering and construction projects, managing multiple priorities, working across data systems, and driving projects toward successful completion.

This is an opportunity to join a high-velocity wireless infrastructure program and manage a significant portfolio of projects from an office-based environment. You will work closely with project managers, project leads, engineering teams, construction vendors, and other stakeholders to track milestones, resolve issues, and keep complex projects moving forward.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, highly motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining strong communication across large teams.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting construction engineering projects.
  • Experience managing wireless cell site or in-building construction projects.
  • Experience coordinating wireless infrastructure and engineering initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and critical milestones.
  • Strong project coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze project challenges and develop actionable solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with wireless network engineering and construction programs.
  • Experience working with engineering and construction vendors.
  • Experience with project management techniques and tools.
  • Experience developing project plans, prioritizing schedules, and driving delivery against objectives.
  • Experience developing and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Experience with Google applications, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • Experience managing large teams and complex projects.
  • Experience developing and delivering project status reports.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience delivering presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • Experience with wireless network engineering applications and data systems.
  • Experience with FUZE and Minerva is a plus.
  • Previous experience supporting a major wireless carrier's Network Engineering organization is a plus.
  • Associate degree or higher is desired.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly.

  • Communicate project status, issues, and priorities to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Support presentations and reporting related to project performance and delivery.
  • Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a high-velocity environment.
  • Drive projects toward successful completion while maintaining focus on critical milestones.
