Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IBM CICS Administrator to support a Wealth Management / Banking client. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain CICS environments while ensuring system stability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support CICS TS environments
Work with VSAM, CICS Explorer, MQ, DB2, JCL, and RACF
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for deployments and maintenance

Required Skills:
Strong experience with IBM CICS Administration
Hands-on experience with VSAM, CICS TS, CICS Explorer, MQ, DB2, JCL, and RACF
Experience supporting banking or wealth management environments is preferred
