Summary

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 20+ years of experience; Big 4 style enterprise architecture background preferred

• Specialization in Oracle Fusion (SCM or Finance or CX)

• Should have general understanding of other Oracle Cloud value-chain applications.

• Working knowledge of PaaS / OIC (development experience preferred)

• Clear understanding of Oracle AI capabilities

• At least one large Transformation as Enterprise Architect – mandatory

• Oracle Certification – Mandatory

• Proven experience in solutioning and estimations

• Self driven, results oriented mindset with a “can do” attitude

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own enterprise level Oracle Fusion architecture (SCM or Finance or CX specialization)

• Ensure architectural alignment across the Oracle Cloud value chain

• Define integration and extensibility strategy using PaaS and OIC

• Guide AI enabled architecture leveraging Oracle AI services

• Act as design authority on large transformation programs

• Partner with sales, delivery, and OCI teams for end to end coherence

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Experience with cloud based ERP solutions

• Certifications in AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI

• Experience working with top Oracle Cloud implementation partners (per analyst reports)

• Strong experience working closely with Oracle

• Deep knowledge of manufacturing industry processes and best practices

• Awareness of competitive ERP products and market trends
