OSI L2 Switching and L3 Network Protocols Routing including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP OSI Model in General What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Juniper Networks equipment and technologies
- Environments focus on Azure AVS/vSRX
- Physical hardware includes Juniper Firewalls/SRX devices
- Palo Alto Firewall experience will be a plus
Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or related field or 5 to 7 years of equivalent experience. Expertise working hands-on with Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model layer two switching and layer three network protocols. Strong routing knowledge to include BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostics, and network analytics tools Familiarity with ADVPN/IPsec topology Familiarity with Network automation using Ansible or other tools Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of network concepts, including the OSI model, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and VoIP technologies
