RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dublin, OH that is seeking an experienced and visionary Architect to lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of high-quality Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions.

Summary:
In this role, you will craft scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that ensure data quality, governance, and integration across enterprise systems, empowering clients to unlock the potential of trusted data for advanced analytics and AI-driven innovations. This role can be done remote/hybrid. Relocation to Dublin, OH is not required.

As organizations increasingly rely on clean, high-quality data to support digital transformation and AI adoption, your expertise will ensure MDM/PIM platforms create the foundation for AI-ready data ecosystems. This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional passionate about empowering organizations through strategic data solutions, mentoring teams, and directly shaping enterprise readiness for transformational goals like AI-driven automation and analytics excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
* Extensive experience architecting, configuring, and deploying MDM/PIM solutions with platforms such as Informatica IDMC, Stibo, Reltio, or Syndigo
* Deep knowledge of data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) for domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, or Location, with a focus on creating high-quality, AI-ready data foundations
* Working knowledge of product and material domain data - including item master structures, specifications, classifications, and attribution - with the ability to model these for both operational and analytics use cases
* Understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle (from creation and specification through sourcing, publishing, and retirement) and how MDM/PIM governance supports each stage
* Solid background in building integration solutions (ETL, API, real-time) to connect MDM hubs with operational systems, analytics platforms, and AI pipelines
* Proficiency with modern data platforms and engineering tools, including Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or SQL, with a focus on supporting end-to-end data quality and AI-readiness capabilities
* Strong communication skills to translate technical designs into actionable business outcomes and demonstrate the value of MDM/PIM solutions in driving organizational transformation
* Consulting experience with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements from strategy through implementation
