Functional

Strong expertise in Oracle Order Management Cloud and Order-to-Cash flows.
In-depth knowledge of order orchestration & fulfillment, pricing, ATP/GOP processes.
Experience with REST APIs & integrations (Inbound/Outbound).
Exposure to related Oracle SCM/ERP modules (Inventory, Pricing, Accounting).

Consulting & Implementation

Full life-cycle implementation experience preferred (design → deploy → support).
Fit-gap analysis, UAT support, training delivery, documentation skills.

Communication

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to interact with business users, clients, and cross-team partners.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–10+ years relevant experience in Oracle Cloud implementations — depending on level (Associate → Senior/Lead)
