The Impact You'll Make:
  • Identify and automate manual processes across the Global Investment Banking deal lifecycle using Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Design and build end-to-end workflow solutions that integrate data from systems such as Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake, SharePoint, and Excel
  • Prototype, test, and deliver AI-enabled use cases using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude, and Rogo
  • Build custom Copilot agents and AI-driven tools to support research, document synthesis, data extraction and decision support
  • Actively participate in discussions with business and technology stakeholders and present delivered solutions and outcomes
  • Produce clear technical documentation to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability of delivered solutions

What You'll Bring to Baird:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field
  • Anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or later
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for automation and artificial intelligence, with hands-on experimentation using tools such as Power Automate, Copilot, or large language models
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Comfort working collaboratively and in person with cross-functional teams
