Identify, log, track, and retest defects
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams
Maintain test documentation and QA artifacts
Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in QA or software testing
Knowledge of manual testing methodologies
Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA
Basic understanding of SQL for data validation
Understanding of SDLC and STLC
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
