Job Description


We are seeking a US Content Production Manager (Digital Marketing Specialist) to join our team. The role operates as a strategic and operational partner to Brand and Omnichannel Strategy teams, owning the end-to-end development, review, production, and deployment of digital and print marketing assets across a portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in omnichannel campaign management, content governance within MLR environments, vendor management, and enterprise platform operations and a proven ability to deliver compliant, on-time, and on-budget campaigns at scale.


Responsibilities:



  • Direct and manage production budgets across assigned brands or therapeutic areas, including accurate year-end forecasting.

  • Plan and coordinate integrated campaign execution with Capability Leads, Brand Teams, and Omnichannel Strategists.

  • Serve as project owner during MLR reviews, addressing medical, legal, and regulatory considerations in real time.

  • Oversee end-to-end workflows, timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance for digital and print materials.

  • Conduct QA and spot checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across assets.

  • Cultivate and manage vendor and agency relationships, including onboarding, performance, contracts, and invoicing.

  • Maintain asset governance, documentation, version control, and lifecycle tracking within enterprise systems.

  • Leverage platforms such as Adobe Workfront, Veeva Vault, Veeva Promomats, Salesforce, and Jira to improve visibility and efficiency.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and enhance scalability, including AI-enabled tooling.

  • Oversee logistics and inventory for printed materials to support launches and campaign activations, with appropriate reporting.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • 4+ years of campaign-based marketing experience in regulated or complex environments.

  • 4+ years of omnichannel project management with budget allocation, forecasting, and vendor cost control.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing asset specifications, templates, workflows, and content management systems.

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Workfront, Veeva Promomats, Veeva Vault, Salesforce, and Jira.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Bachelor's degree.


Preferred Skills:



  • Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies.

  • Experience championing tactics through MLR and proficiency with AI tools for personalization and automation.

  • Ability to support and quality check interactive visual aids.

  • Strengths in strategic thinking, change management, leadership, influence, and effective communication.

Work Environment & Logistics



  • Hybrid schedule. Onsite at Princeton Pike 2-3 days per week.

  • Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Team alignment: Supports oncology growth brands as a central executional hub.
