QA Lead

Location: Irving, TX (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing systems and identify testing gaps in non-production and production-adjacent environments
Write, execute, and debug automated/manual test scripts (~30% of effort)
Perform strong API testing and map UI functionality with backend APIs
Collaborate closely with production owners and business stakeholders
Actively participate in discussions, raise risks early, and drive quality improvements
Create, collect, and maintain QA documentation and test artifacts

Required Skills
Strong experience with Java and API testing (Connect API or similar)
Solid understanding of UI to API integration testing
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
Highly communicative, confident, and comfortable in stakeholder-facing conversations
Detail-oriented and diligent with documentation
