DESKTOP ANALYST

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Five years work experience as a desktop analyst in an IT environment.

2. Associate Degree required, Bachelor''s Degree, MCSE, A+ and Microsoft Office Certifications.

3. Must have minimum 5 year''s experience resolving end users'' hardware and software issues in an IT environment.

4. Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems independently, quickly and function in a fast-paced environment.

5. Self-motivator, able to be a team player and establish positive working relationships and collaborate across organization lines.

6. Leadership ability demonstrated in experience coordinating small to medium teams.

7. Able to organize and prioritize the desktop workload for the day and guide the team to complete it.

8. Able to rebuild and reformat computers. Familiar with troubleshooting Windows operating systems.

9. Must display the ability to communicate clearly, interact with varied customer levels and pay close attention to detail.

10. Must have the ability to travel to 15 off-site clinic locations.
