Job Title: SAP Plant to Produce Consultant

Job Description:
Rivian is looking for a skilled SAP Plant to Produce (P2P) Consultant to support and enhance manufacturing operations. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end P2P process design, configuration, and support, ensuring seamless integration across production planning, manufacturing, quality, and inventory processes. This role requires close collaboration with plant users, business stakeholders, and IT teams to optimize shop-floor execution and system performance.

Responsibilities:

·        Configure and support SAP Plant to Produce processes

·        Work with SAP PP, MM, QM, and production execution integration

·        Support production orders, confirmations, goods movement, and WIP tracking

·        Collaborate with plant operations and manufacturing teams

·        Troubleshoot issues and provide production system support

·        Participate in testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

·        Strong experience in SAP Plant to Produce (P2P)

·        Hands-on SAP PP with MM/QM integration

·        Manufacturing and plant operations experience

·        Excellent communication and onsite coordination skills
